For those who can’t get enough of riding around on their dog-like Palamute pal in Monster Hunter Rise, Capcom has something special for you.
The gaming company has released a lifelike plushie Palamute that can hang out on the couch with you during your monster-slaying adventures.
The extra large Monster Hunter Rise Palamute plush doubles as a body pillow and should appeal to not only Monster Hunter fans, but also dog lovers in general.
For now, there are only two ways to get your personal Palamute: either somehow order it from Capcom Japan’s digital store, E-Capcom, for roughly $100USD plus shipping. Or order it from that same website as part of a Monster Hunter Rise bundle that includes an exclusive calendar and special DLC.
Measuring in at around 30cm (12 inches) by 60cm (24 inches), the Palamute could be confused for an actual real dog. At least by drunk people who think dogs could realistically be blue, or people who think you’re the kind of weirdo to dye a real dog’s fur blue. Either way, it’s one of the more awesome items to coincide with the release of the new Monster Hunter game, along with those epic golden amiibo.
If you really want the Monster Hunter Rise Palamute plush, but don’t have the budget for it, Capcom also has some smaller plushies of the Palamute, Palico, and Magnamalo that might go easier on your wallet.
Monster Hunter Rise launches on the Nintendo Switch on March 26th, 2021.
